For company employees, agents and their employees and purchasers (hereinafter referred to as “They”)
1. Any person/persons below the age of 18 are prohibited from the purchase, distribution, or sale of lottery tickets.

3. They shall not allow minors to purchase online lottery tickets or purchase in the presence of minors.
4. They shall not give lottery tickets to minors as a gift.
5. They shall not lend money to customers, friends, or relatives to purchase lottery tickets.
6. They shall not accept alternative methods of payment or credit.
7. They should not encourage reckless use of their choice to purchase.
8. They should not underestimate or neglect to foresee problems and should act immediately when they detect signs of problematic compulsive purchasing behavior.
9. They should not purchase on behalf of others or give any advice on the same.
10. No advice or algorithm works in lottery, as it is purely a game of chance.
11. The high rates of taxes should not be considered a burden, but rather a privilege of protection placed by the respective regulatory authorities, and one should feel proud in contributing a substantial part towards nation building.
12. They should not allow participation, purchase, or access to the establishment if someone exhibits evidence of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, symptoms of drowsiness, or any other condition which could indicate any form of mental incapacitation or impairment.
13. We and our group of companies encourage responsible lottery practices where the right amount of taxes is paid to the Government within the framework of the respective regulatory bodies.
14. Fair play in the lottery means playing by the set of rules and awareness of your odds.
15. Lottery Tickets are non-refundable as per the government lottery rules unless the draw is canceled.
16. Postponement of the draw or a change of mind after purchase will not allow/enable you to get any refund, whereas the cancellation of the draw will allow a full refund of the amount paid.
17. We reserve the right to block you if it is noticed that you are constantly losing exorbitant amounts, for a fixed number of days. Please note that this will be done in your best interest. Any attempts to gain access to EasyLottery.in through unauthorized means defeats the purpose and could lead to permanent exclusion from EasyLottery.in.

Terms & Conditions
1. This lottery is floated by the Government of Meghalaya under delegation of the Executive powers of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and therefore, covered under Item 40 of the Union list of the 7th Schedule to the Constitution of India.
2. By participating in EasyLottery.in you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. EasyLottery.in reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the lottery signifies acceptance of any updated terms.

4. The Online Digital lottery tickets are not sold in “Lottery Free Zone” areas of the States or Union Territories.
5. The draws shall be held as per the procedure prescribed in the Rules at any public place located within the State of Meghalaya in the presence of Draw Committee appointed by the Government.
6. The Government of Meghalaya reserves the right to change the Date & Time of Draw.
7. No Draw shall be held on National Holidays i.e. 26th January, 15th August and 2nd October.
8. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants must purchase tickets in a jurisdiction where participation in the lottery is legal.
9. Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the lottery.
10. The Participants can purchase the Online Digital Lottery Tickets in our portal EasyLottery.in only. The Digital Tickets shall not be distributed physically by any agents.
11. Draw is conducted by the Director of Meghalaya State Lottery, Winners will be selected randomly by prescribed methodology and under the supervision of government appointed Judges.
12. The draw will be held out of the total scheme and the prizes shall be drawn on the proportionate basis.

All disputes are subjected to the courts of Shillong and only the courts of Shillong has jurisdiction.
All verdicts of the Director of Meghalaya State Lotteries are final with respect to the disputes regarding the prize or draw methodology.
